Employee referral policy

Insight Intelli appreciates referrals from employees and trusted partners. Refer qualified candidates for open roles and earn a reward when the referral is hired.

Who is eligible

Current Insight Intelli employees, former employees, and trusted business partners may submit referrals. Referral agency submissions are not eligible unless pre-approved.

Referral reward

A referral bonus is payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment. The bonus applies to hires for eligible roles across the USA and India.
